Our winches are tested not only in laboratories, but also in challenging real-world conditions. We work with fire departments and emergency services, delivering equipment designed for special-purpose and rescue vehicles. We also develop customized solutions tailored to the specific requirements of military and defense applications. When equipment is needed in critical situations, reliability is essential.
This proven durability also applies to extreme off-road driving. DRAGON WINCH products are tested in difficult terrain and during demanding off-road competitions, including RFC, Poland Trophy, and Baltic Off Road.
Innovation and education are equally important to us. DRAGON WINCH was the first Polish winch manufacturer to establish active cooperation with universities. Our specialists deliver lectures, share engineering expertise, and provide professional training for future specialists, firefighters, and emergency service personnel.

History
We’ve been proud to announce our new headquarters since September 2019.
The buildings, with a total area of 4,000 square meters, are located in Balice, near Krakow.

Rafał Bereza is one of the most accomplished competitors in firefighter sports. As a World Champion in the demanding Toughest Firefighter Alive competition, he represents the qualities that have defined DRAGON WINCH for years: determination, strength, and reliability under extreme pressure.
As an active firefighter and elite athlete, Rafał understands why dependable equipment is essential in emergency situations. He represents DRAGON WINCH at international events and uses his operational experience to help us develop specialized training materials. His knowledge also supports the testing and improvement of equipment designed to perform in difficult field conditions.
BEATA ŚWIDERSKA - Precision and Determination
Beata Świderska represents precision, technical excellence, and exceptional determination. As a champion and one of the most successful athletes in firefighter sports, she continually demonstrates what can be achieved through strength, discipline, and commitment.
Her operational knowledge and practical experience are especially valuable in rescue operations and demanding off-road environments, where every second matters. Together with Rafał Bereza, Beata works with our specialists to develop professional DRAGON WINCH training programs. She also helps evaluate our winches and accessories, ensuring they meet the expectations of demanding professional users.

TRAIL-PROVEN POWER: FROM EXTREME RALLIES TO PROFESSIONAL TRAINING
At DRAGON WINCH, we do more than design heavy-duty winches – we test them in the environments where they are needed most. We proudly sponsor and support demanding off-road events, including Bałtowskie Bezdroża, RFC, Poland Trophy, Eror 4×4, Ustka 4×4, and VIP CROSS.
Through our Conscious Off-Road safety initiative, we promote responsible off-road driving and proper vehicle recovery techniques. During extreme competitions, our equipment demonstrates its pulling power and reliability in deep mud, on steep climbs, and across difficult terrain.

Our commitment extends beyond motorsports. DRAGON WINCH equipment supports firefighters and emergency responders who work in challenging conditions every day.
We are proud to sponsor major firefighter competitions, including TFC Toruń, TFA Wrocław, and TFA Łódź. These demanding events test the physical strength, technical skills, and mental endurance of emergency professionals. Our involvement reflects our respect for their dedication and our commitment to providing equipment that performs reliably when every second counts.
EDUCATION AND EXPERTISE: ADVANCED TRAINING PROGRAMS
Even the most powerful equipment requires a skilled operator. That is why DRAGON WINCH has created a dedicated training and education program for emergency services and professional users.
We organize advanced training courses for emergency vehicle drivers throughout Poland. To date, we have trained more than 1,407 first responders from 356 fire departments, including professional firefighters, volunteer fire crews, and fire academy cadets.
Our programs are based on real-world rescue operations and practical field experience. Specialized training modules have been developed in cooperation with our brand ambassadors, Rafał Bereza and Beata Świderska.
